OPEN POSITIONS

Position: Customer Service Coordinator | Department: E-com | Full-time, permanent position

The primary responsibility of this role is to manage Daily Sports’ customer service through positive and clear communication and to find solutions that add value to the customer journey. Customer benefit and satisfaction are key aspects of this role.

Main Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for responding to all incoming customer inquiries from across Europe, both via email and phone.
  • Your focus will be on solving customer problems, turning challenges into opportunities, and creating additional sales opportunities during customer interactions.
  • You will be responsible for providing feedback and suggestions for improving site information or structure, reducing returns, and enhancing the clarity of communication.
  • Responsible for compiling and reporting customer data to the organization.
  • You will also be available to support the E-com and marketing teams.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Swedish and English (additional language skills in French, Flemish, or German are an advantage).
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or within a related field.
  • Comfortable working in a digital environment and experienced in using various digital systems.
  • Customer- and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Enjoy working both independently and in a team.
  • Ability to independently drive improvement initiatives within customer service.
