It is important that the course have readable and easy to locate distance markers and next tee signs. It doesn’t have to be a top course it is more important that the course has a peaceful and beautiful surrounding, since many women think of golf as a way of reloading their battery.

Most women feel that it is very important that the club restaurant obtain a high culinary standard and a good service. A perfect meal at the end of a round highlights the entire experience.
A golf shop that inspires
– It’s a lot of fun to be able to purchase something at the club, says one of the ladies.
The golf shops shouldn’t only carry a large supply of the latest fashion but also have a beautiful display and a shelving layout that meets the eye. When a shop does this successfully it turns into the central meeting point at the club.
Meeting other golfing women
The women we have spoken to find that a round of golf is the perfect opportunity to meet new friends. It is wonderful when you are able to combine golf, a lovely walk out in the open and getting to meet new people. Many golf clubs host a few lady’s event throughout the season which are really appreciated and also a perfect opportunity for the women to wear an extra festive golf outfit.
A friendly atmosphere
Finally, the women we have spoken believe that a friendly atmosphere at the golf club is of utmost importance. The total experience at the golf club only becomes special if the staff is friendly towards the members and guests. The players also need to keep a friendly tone towards each other especially towards the beginner golfer. If a golf course obtains a friendly atmosphere it will keep its members for a long time.
